Madrid, May 17, 2021. COFIDES will facilitate the growth of the digital marketing company Making Science in Europe. COFIDES will provide, via three FIEX co-investment loans, a total of 4.2 million euros, which the company will use to finance the acquisition of companies in Italy, France and the UK.
With these acquisitions, the company aims to expand the range of its products and services in these countries. Its objective is to position itself among the top companies providing a wide range of digital marketing services with a strategic relationship with leading technology platforms.
The Chairman and CEO of COFIDES, José Luis Curbelo, said that "companies that contribute to innovation and digital transformation can count on the support of COFIDES to boost their international expansion". In this regard, he pointed out that "the digitisation of commercial activities contributes to the competitiveness and growth of companies".
