3. Content Outside the Scope of Applicable Legislation

  1. Some office documents in PDF or other formats published before 20 September 2018 may not fully meet all accessibility requirements, although efforts have been made to ensure that most of them do.
  2. Third-party content not developed by COFIDES or not under its control—for example, office documents—may not be accessible.
  3. Some pre-recorded files published before 20 September 2018 may not fully comply with accessibility requirements.

Complaint Procedure

If a request for accessible information or a complaint is denied, if the applicant disagrees with the decision, or if the response does not meet the requirements set out in Article 12.5, a formal claim may be filed. A claim may also be submitted if no response is received within twenty business days.

Claims may be submitted through the COFIDES Claims Form, as well as through any of the additional channels established under Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
