Members of the public can make queries relating to transparency through the Transparency Mailbox (or through a number of other ways), clearly stating the nature of the enquiry. It is necessary to include the name of the applicant, ID number and power of attorney accreditation (in the case of acting as representative in a legal capacity). Prior to processing the application, COFIDES reserves the right to reclaim the above supporting documentation to the individual as well as the deed of constitution of the legal entity whom it represents.

Where COFIDES is not the issuer of the information covered by the consultation, COFIDES will inform the applicant that the request will not be processed.
