COFIDES can support projects in all productive sectors provided they incorporate assets that require medium / long term financing.
COFIDES does not invest in real estate or the defence sector (except the manufacture and sale of parts, components and subsystems for non-lethal defence equipment in a European Union or NATO country), nor does it engage in any of the activities on the Environmental and Social Policy’s list of excluded activities.
COFIDES engages in projects in the same sector of activity as the developers that must have sufficient experience.
