How to submit a proposal

Sponsors wishing to apply for financial support for a specific project should send COFIDES the information listed below.

Application basic data

  • Project and sponsor description: 
    • Reasons for undertaking the project
    • Project Information memorandum including present status and implementation timetable
    • Market and competition analysis
    • Full information on sponsors (company’s report, technical and commercial capabilities, international background) and any possible local partners
    • Staffing needs. Project management team C.V.

  • Economical and financial information: 
    • Application for COFIDES financial support
    • Last 3 year sponsor’s Financial Statements, including auditor’s report, as well as also those of any possible local partners.
    • Estimated total investment and itemization. Project financial plan, itemizing self-financing and expected outside resources
    • Both project and sponsor’s estimated cash flows, balance and income statement with a detailed description of the basic underlying assumptions.
  • Relevant environmental and social aspects: 
    • Environmental and social assessment questionnaire provided by COFIDES
