Investment financing line for the tourist industry (FINTUR)

This line offers financing under special conditions for viable investment projects in the tourist industry and involving some manner of Spanish interest.

The most relevant characteristics of the financial support provided are as follows:

• Eligible projects: viable private tourist industry projects involving some manner of Spanish interest. The target businesses include:
• Hotels
• Theme and amusement parks
• Types of financial support:
  • Capital holdings
  • Joint venture loans
  • Other medium- and long-term syndicated instruments
• Ceiling:  the lower of 25,000,000 euros or 50% of the total project investment.
• Minimum: 1,000,000 euros
• Access: applications must be submitted to COFIDES.
