Investment financing line for the infrastructure sector (FINCONCES)

This line offers financing under special conditions for viable investment projects in the infrastructure sector.

The most relevant characteristics of the financial support provided are as follows:

• Eligible projects: viable private infrastructure industry projects involving some manner of Spanish interest. The target businesses include:  
  • Transport infrastructure
  • Energy
  • Water treatment and waste management
  • Service management
  • Telecommunications
• Types of financial support:
  • Capital holdings
  • Quasi-capital like instruments
• Ceiling: the lower of 30,000,000 euros or 50% of the total project investment, limited by the contribution of the promoter.  
• Minimum: 1,000,000 euros
• Access: applications must be submitted to COFIDES
